Perfect Pea Soup

1 tbsp oil
1 leek, sliced
1 stick celery, sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
500g frozen peas
750ml water
1 tbsp Herbamare original fresh herb sea salt (alternatively can use vegetable stock)


Fry leek, celery and potato in oil on low heat for about 10 minutes.  Add the peas, water and Herbamare, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.  Leave to cool slightly and then puree in a blender (a hand blender might not be smooth enough).
